Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Organic G1 Gedeb Beriti

This organic coffee comes from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, in a village called Beriti. The nearest town is Gedeb town. This coffee was grown at high altitudes ranging from 2200-2300 meters (approx 7500 feet) above sea level, in one of the world's best (and original) coffee producing environments, with red brown, well drained fertile clay soil. Temperatures in the area range from 22 - 26 degrees Centigrade (70-80F). The variety is Heirloom Yirgacheffe and may seem smaller than most beans you've seen due to their growth altitude and organic nature. The beans are washed and then hand selected to Grade 1 quality prior to shipping.
