Sumatra Organic Grade 1
This coffee comes from the island of Sumatra, Indonesia and is grown at an altitude of between 1,200-1,500 meters (4-5000 feet) where the soil emparts earthy flavors and low acidity. Tasting notes are cedar, earthy, baker’s chocolate. These organic beans are washed and then hand selected to Grade 1 quality prior to shipping.
